Black Friday Real Deal Tracker 2026

Is that deal real? We check every price against what the same shop charged over the last 60 days. Not the “was” price it chose to show you.

Real deals right now

At or below the lowest price this shop has charged in 60 days, and at least 5% under its usual price. Already genuine before Black Friday starts: no need to wait for these.

Below usual, but it's been cheaper

A genuine cut on the usual price, but this shop sold it for less at some point in the last 60 days.

Prices raised: wait or shop around

These shops are charging at least 5% more than their own usual price. If one of these is on your list, compare other retailers on the product page or wait for the sales.

How we judge a deal

Every day we record each UK retailer's price for every product we compare. For a deal, we look only at that same shop's readings over the previous 60 days: its usual price (the median) and its 60-day low. A cheaper shop appearing doesn't count as a drop.

  • Real deal: lowest in 60 days
  • Below usual, but it's been cheaper
  • Same as usual
  • Higher than usual

A price is only judged once we hold three or more readings across at least a week. Moves of 5% or less (or under £2) count as “same as usual”. Cuts above 40% are left out until checked, because they're more often a listing error than a deal. Prices include VAT; always confirm the final price on the retailer's site.

Questions

When is Black Friday 2026 in the UK?

Black Friday 2026 is on Friday 27 November 2026 and Cyber Monday is on Monday 30 November 2026. That's 46 days away. Many UK shops start their offers earlier in November and run them into December.

How do you know if a Black Friday deal is real?

Ignore the 'was' price the shop shows and compare with what the same shop actually charged in the weeks before. We record every retailer's price daily, so for each product we know its usual (median) price and its lowest price over the last 60 days. A real deal is at or below that 60-day low.

Do shops raise prices before Black Friday?

Some do. Our tracker lists prices that are currently at least 5% above what the same shop usually charged. If something you want is on that list, it's worth waiting or checking other retailers.

Is it better to buy on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

It depends on the product and the shop. We'll publish what our price data shows across both days after the event. Until then, check the verdict: if a price is already at its 60-day low, there's no need to wait.

Which prices does the tracker check?

Live prices from UK retailers' own product feeds, re-checked every day. A price is only judged once we hold at least three readings across a week or more from that shop. Amazon prices aren't included (Amazon's terms), and nobody pays to appear.
