Buying air fryers in the UK: what to check

Compare the basket size you'll actually use, not just the total: a 9-litre dual-basket model is two smaller baskets. Check wattage, the presets, and whether the basket is dishwasher safe.

Air fryers heat a small space, so for small portions they usually use less energy than heating a full oven. The saving depends on what and how much you cook.
